About Conker

Conker was founded by Jessica, a leading mental health professional and educator, widely recognised for designing, delivering, and embedding world-class social, emotional, and mental health interventions across schools, educational establishments and within her community. With extensive experience spanning KS1 through to  HE and beyond, Jessica is regarded as a go-to expert in trauma-informed practice, particularly in supporting individuals impacted by adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), domestic abuse, and complex trauma.

As a certified Trauma-Informed Positive Psychology (TIPP) Practitioner and Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach, Jessica specialises in supporting vulnerable women and young people to move from survival to post-traumatic growth.

Her work uniquely integrates trauma-informed positive psychology, Internal Family Systems-informed practice, cognitive behavioural therapy and thought-challenging techniques, alongside arts-based therapy and mindfulness practices. This integrative approach allows for deep, sustainable healing that honours both the nervous system and the lived experience of each individual.

Jessica has spent many years working directly with schools, professionals, families, and communities, equipping them with practical, evidence-based tools that promote emotional safety, resilience, and long-term well-being. She is also a secondary school teacher, writer, and owner of Harmony Holistic Therapy. Jessica is highly regarded  for translating complex psychological theory into compassionate, accessible practice that can be applied in real-world settings.

Central to her work is a coach-first philosophy. Jessica prioritises deep listening, validation, and relational safety, taking the time to fully understand her clients’ inner worlds. By meeting people exactly where they are, she is able to walk alongside them with empathy and clarity as they move towards recovery and empowerment.
